provide an httpclient generator, to control reuse and dynamically changing base url #31

tested and works for bear and turtle. it's now possible to generate multiple links without issue again. but weirdly when you change the base url config it doesn't seem to apply? it's....weird. i'll need to fix that asap. but this can go out in the mean time to fix everyone.
