Page Links missing in PDF Index for keywords #3138

Expected Behavior

Page numbers as links behind indexterm entries in PDF-Output of index-page

Actual Behavior

In a Dita bookmap with a markdown topicref:

<topicref format="mdita" href="test.md">
         <topicmeta>
        <keywords>
            <indexterm>MyTerm
                <indexterm>Subterm</indexterm>
            </indexterm>
        </keywords>
      </topicmeta>
    </topicref>

with following result: "Subterm" is available in PDF Index Output but without a link to the resulting pdf-page which is rendered from test.md.

Environment

Hmm.....no comment on this topic since the beginning of novemer '18 ..... I wonder if it isn't a bug because it is still not classified ....some hints would be appreciated.
