Added zero address check for royalty info #83
Added check for receiver provided to duplicate, otherwise clones could be minted to the zero address.

Can you remove the zero address check on royalty receiver? I've added it here https://github.com/ditto-lab/ditto/pull/87 and will also add unit tests.
