License Question #7

Hi, this is a really great project! Would you consider changing the license to a more permissive license (MIT, Apache 2, BSD license) - like all the DroneCode projects QGroundControl, PX4, ... ? This would allow even wider adoption of it. Peter

Hi Peter, thank you for the input. We have been discussing this, and do think that a more permissive license would best serve our goal for the project: improving adoption of mavlink as a standard protocol. We have updated the license to BSD3.
