Add tested install instruction and example build #8

Hi @divVerent,

Thanks for ecantorix, I am having fun with it :-)

Similar to #1, I missed how to install ecantorix and I have fixed it with this PR. Also, I added how to build the examples.

I copied this documentation from the GitHub Actions scripts (the YAML files in .github/workflow), so I knew this worked; at least, on GHA :-)

I hope you enjoy this PR. I volunteer to maintain the YAML files :-)
