Where to place hypergrid #12

Hi Diva

Where would i place the Hypergrid so i can teleport from e.g. OSGrid directly, i run into the 4096 distance problem.

I just changed all 4 regions to have 9xxx, than i got beyond the 4096 region blast ;-)
