HQ upscaling #298

I would love to see integration of higher-quality upscalers, like https://github.com/jquesnelle/txt2imghd so we could output higher-resolution images.

Would you be open to such a PR?

It would be nice to have the option of adding downloaded models to a directory next to real-esrgan.
