Add diagonal trackball movement #55

Currently the trackball only allows orthogonal movement.  It would be great if 
you could also use it for diagonal movement.

Yes, would like to implement this, but haven't gotten around to it yet. In the 
new version 1.3.2, at least you easily move diagonally by touching the corners 
of the screen, which may help a bit.

If you DO implement this, please include an option to turn it off. The 
trackball on HTC desire is very small, so it would be very easy to move in the 
wrong direction by accident if this was implemented.
