Advanced settings on Add Liquidity

Context

Add Advanced settings option on Add Liquidity page to define Long token recipient and Short token recipient.

• The advanced settings option will be hidden by default, when a user clicks on the Advanced settings option they will be able to see the box to fill in details.
• By default, the Long & Short token recipient will be the same and non-editable
• When clicking on the Edit checkbox the user will be able to edit the Long & Short token recipient address

Acceptance Criteria
