Update diva contract address #692

Technical Description

Main change in the new version of the DIVA Contract is the renaming of makerDirection to makerIsLong.

The following parts have been updated:

[x] DIVA ABI
[x] Offer parts
[x] Subgraph (I created a new one rather than overwriting the existing one as we may still need the data)
[x] Test Tellor oracle
[x] Update Tellor oracle contract and inform Tellor team
[x] Update Whitelist to include the updated Tellor oracle address
[x] Inform Shamba
[x] Update API Server
