DIVA-Tellor subgraph not deploying individually after version downgrade #769

Context

In this PR, we solved the yarn build issue for the diva-tellor-subgraph by downgrading the version of graph protocol related packages. However, it seems that now if you want to deploy the subgraph individually, then it doesn't seem to support Goerli, throwing the following:

Steps to reproduce

  1. Checkout main branch
  2. Run the following sequence of commands (also found in the README) 
    yarn codegen
yarn build
yarn graph:auth
yarn deploy-goerli diva-tellor-goerli
