Adjust for new pool id type

Technical Description

This PR updates the DIVA subgraph with the latest contracts (not final ones yet though).

During the update, I fixed a bug where the collateralBalance in the Pool Entity was not updated on redeemPositionToken.

TODO:

• Update API service
• Update DIVA App to link to Mumbai
  • Use hard-coded address for oracle, i.e. don't read it from whitelist contract (just comment out that part); use the test wallet account 0x9AdEFeb576dcF52F5220709c1B267d89d5208D78 as a dummy for now
  • Replace dUSD token with WAGMI18 token (0x91F13B8da062f9a042dbD37D2e61FBfAcEB267aC)
  • Update DIVA and Position Token ABIs
