[Bug] Create Pool with Approve #801

Context

In Create Pool, after the Approve button was clicked, the Create button doesn't seem to work.

Steps to reproduce

  1. Set allowance for DIVA Protocol to zero for the connected account
  2. Go to Create -> Create Pool
  3. In step 3, after Approve when through, observe that the Create button doesn't work.

It will work, though, if you refresh the page and re-enter all the informaiton again.
