Dive Into HTML5 Tablet Theme

As part of my new full-time career working on open-source projects, I believe I should officially kick off with this ticket, an announcement that I would like to complete a tablet and mobile themed edition of Dive Into HTML5 before August.

The screenshot is a brief beginning. I'd like to have a small menu across the top that lets users quickly navigate to other sections.

Anyway, so it begins!

I'm still trying to figure out the menu across the top, but this is much closer to becoming a reality now.
