At CHAPTER 7: THE PAST, PRESENT & FUTURE OF LOCAL STORAGE FOR WEB APPLICATIONS, the following Google Doc Document is not longer available for the public:
Dojo Storage, part of a larger tutorial about the (now-defunct) Dojo Offline library http://docs.google.com/View?docid=dhkhksk4_8gdp9gr#dojo_storage
As Dojo Offline library is now defunct I suggest to remove the whole reference.
