Links fix (Chapters. 02, 05 & 10) #59

Fixes broken links in Chapter 02 (detect.html) and Chapter 05 (video.html). Replaces an old link (pointing to iso.org) with the new canonical link in Chapter. 10 (extensibility.html).

I was wondering about this and was about to start on this before I saw this. I guess we will have to use the web archives and hopefully those don't go down as well any time soon. Sidenote: is this project still live? I would like to see this keep going forwards.
