Removed broken link #61

The link to "http://wearehugh.com/public/2009/04/rel-noreferrer.html" is broken. The whole wearehugh.com website has been down for some time.

@hugovk, thanks for this. Rather than remove it, can we replace it?

Replacing would be better, but I'm not sure what the test was exactly. The page isn't in the Internet Archive or http://archive.is.
