generate language runtime action does not generate the same java content as the corresponding genmodel #75

the "generate language runtime" (or "generate all" action) does not generate the same java content as the corresponding genmodel.

this would not be a problem if this code was fully working, but for some reason this leads to issues in other generated codes.
