Columns style and space left in a document #17

The current way of calculating the left space is not taking into account the fact that a document (like the example document) can have a 2-column layout, meaning that the space left in the rightmost column will not be computed.

It may be possible to use the current technique with the interval tree, but with two dimensions, to get the tallest empty rectangle box possible.
