What went well?

[ ] Kanban board supported flexible work hours
[ ] Less time spent on making sure the process framework was followed
[ ] Lack of pressure due to loose framework - good fit for student project
[ ] Aleks approved
[ ] PRs and use of these for Code Review instead of pair-programming

What went not so well?

[ ] Lack of experience might have lead to neglecting some metrics in Kanban
[ ] CI/CD flow was dumb
[ ] Varying work hours due to incidents
[ ] It was hard to track progress due to a lack of milestones
[ ] Not following the versioning strategy properly

How would we change it?

[ ] The methodology should have been studied more by all members (maybe a workshop in the beginning of the project)
[ ] More time should be spent figuring out milestones
[ ] Stricter rules about revisiting metrics
