Sorry, another Windows related PR but I think this should be the last one :)

The library doesn't build when targeting UWP (Universal Windows Platform) because the error level is more strict:

"insecure" functions like strcpy are not allowed (workaround -> add _CRT_SECURE_NO_WARNINGS)
"Possible unassigned" variables are rejected -> Added a NULL.
