Explain the "St. Louis Arch" phenomenon on the Encounters tab plots (especially rejected friendships.)

Bug in server.R; was only inner-joining on one column instead of requisite two. Fixed in 6dc40d53ed3669c12f7911859d64c1157a18bf1d.
