Protos actually not receiving deposits when they should #38

In Protos.jl, even though a Transaction is being created when the agent makes its initial deposit upon joining, and even though this Transaction is being pushed to the ledger, the balance of the proto's account is actually not being updated.

(@srikanthmudigonda if you're still maintaining the old specscape github project, you might double-check to see whether this is also an issue in yours.)
