Hey @IngenuityArts, @venkatachalapathy, and others: Currently, an agent can only be a member of a single proto-institution. How important is it that we extend this to multiple-protos-per-agent for CSSSA19? (Just trying to prioritize.)

The important priority for me is as simple as possible so an agent being a member of multiple proto-institutions fits in the "next steps to take once we have the simple as possible figured out" category. It will be important to think structurally about how that complication can be added in the near future.
