Kill protos when their balance reaches zero #65

Vis-a-vis 6/23 Zoom call, when a proto's balance reaches zero, do the following:

  1. Remove it completely from all data structures that reference it, making it as though it never existed.
  2. Set the agent_id of all living agents that were members of it (if any) to -1, just as it was before they joined the proto.
