Update against Kodi Python API 21 #10

This patch is to make ircchat work on latest Kodi Python API.

Tested on Kodi 21.0 (Manjaro) with Twitch Plugin.

I'll tag this and add a zip release here but feel free to send a pull request to the Kodi repo if you'd like. I'm neck deep in other projects right now.
