Ui slow performace #55

You may be know this but i found that games works better than ui performance with livedisplay turned off.Games have no lags. Ui lags more with live display turned for night mode.

And there is some lag on scroll. For example in google keep i feel stutter. Sometimes when unlocked last app open animation with stutter

Scroll bugs. Some times on scroll down it can scroll up.

Some times Low on fps all UI. After wake lockscreen with way passcode seems stutter a lot. Something with deep sleep in kernel.
