Swap ad-hoc implementation of adrgen and mdbook for nixago

Nixago is a great way to initialize and centrally manage repository dotfiles.

It's home-manager for the repo.

In comparison, the current instrumentation in Standard for mdbook & adrgen is very "artesanal".

Therefore, swap the current instrumentation for one that leverages nixago.

Also, kick-off a nixagii clade that is purpose-build to provide nixago pebbles (reusable components) as part of std.nixagii, shipped with std, and can optionally be used by downstream projects.

A good initial set would be nixagii for:

• editorconfig (copy)
• treefmt (link)
• mdbook (copy & init)
• adrgen (link & init)
• conform (?)
• ?
