Implemented search suggestion / completion feature (Issue #2 ):

added complete_title field of type completion in ES index
implemented service api to return the suggestions
implemented typeahead twitter js in FE

@rvacaru thank you for doing the work. I'm afraid I don't have much comments of value to add. Kris' point about the absolute/relative URL should be addressed. Other than that, I see no blockers.
