Installer reporting success but no speller installed (?) #4

The installation procedure done as in Sjur's mail of 8.11 today. Installed sme, restarted, opened the installer again, it reports for sme: North Sami. Installed. All packages are up-to-date.

I then look at C:\Programfiler and C:`\Programfiler (x86). Neither of them contain a folder PackageData. I then open Microsoft Word, looking for the V symbol indicating North Saami has a speller program added. No speller program is there.

A perhaps related information: This in essence duplicates my experiences with the last Installer. For that one, the installer itself installed nicely, but I got an error message when trying to install the spellers. With this new version i am one step closer: The installer reports success, and not failure. Otherwise, the situation is as before.

Ok, PackageData was invisible in the Windows Finder system, but I found it via ubuntu service.log /mnt/c. And yes, it had Pahkat/log
