Inconsistent speller language activation

I have the following languages installed using Divvun Manager:

In the macOS speller GUI this turns up as the following listing:

That is, identical.

In LibreOffice, the following languages are not available for spell checking:

• fkv
• fo
• mdf
• vro

The other languages are fine.

Is there a log I can look into to look for the cause of this?
