Filter out TermWiki entries from Giellateknos dictionaries on import #32

When importing Giellatekno dictionaries for use in sátni.org, remove the entries marked with source gg. The reason for omitting these entries is that they provide either duplicates or are out of sync with the real TermWiki content.
