ASP.NET OpenID consumer controls should be included #2

The ASP.NET OpenID consumer controls should be part of the OpenID library 
to make use of the library drag-n-drop easy.
These controls can be an integration of Andrew Arnott's library.

Count me in to help. Also, suggest looking around both on Google Code as well 
as 
Codeplex and Sourceforge.net for similar projects, just to make sure there 
isn't too 
much duplication of effort!

Code checked in.  Unverified behavior since the supporting code in the Consumer 
classes wasn't finished at the time.  I will test the controls and report back.
