OpenGL and Saturn #185

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Open any Saturn game in Bizhawk
2. Set the UseGL setting to True.
3. Restart the core.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Graphics are completely garbled.  This continues through out all cores (not 
just Saturn) until Bizhawk is closed.  Reopening Bizhawk corrects these issues, 
except for the Saturn OpenGL graphics.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?

Please provide any additional information below.
The graphical corruption effects depends on where in the Saturn game you stop 
playing.  I had odd faded outlines of text from Daytona USA's demo.

r6818 addresses this, but lets not consider the case closed until the loadstate 
issues are worked out

r6824 fixes it fully, needed GL context management before issuing loadstate 
command to yabause
