NESHawk is "loaded" without loading a ROM

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Open EmuHawk

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
On the Status Bar, NESHawk is "loaded" during the Static menu that Bizhawk does 
when it's run without automatically opening a ROM.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?

Please provide any additional information below.
The loaded core is blank when a ROM is opened and closed.
