Pause button for RAM watch #200

RAM watch pauses when you fast foreward, which is a great help. But sometimes 
you just want to play normally to a certain point to test something. Here it 
would be very helpfull to be able to pause RAM watch manually in order to not 
occur the heavy slowdowns it brings with it (probably only a problem on N64).
A pause button on the RAM watch screen would be a great help.

Ok, I'll buy that.  There are other ways to avoid the cost of the tool 
refreshing but nothing as convenient as this suggestion.
