Crash Startup

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.Open the program.
2.The Program Stop Working
3.APPCRASH

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
The Program stop Working Window,with APPCRASH Error.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
Bizhawk 1.7.1,Windows 7 Ultimate x64

Please provide any additional information below.

My PC is with Intel Media Accelerator Graphics for x64 installed(because my PC 
is x64)but it doesnt working,what is the problem?

If anyone can help me to solve this error,i will be so much to play on a

and yes,my pc have a Intel 82945G Express Chipset Family for Windows 7 x64
