EmuHawk Title

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Open EmuHawk (SVN Build any).  The title will read:
(interim) - Null
2. Open any ROM.  I chose NES for this test.
3. The title will read:
NES (interim) - Game Name (Country)
4. Close the ROM
5. The title now reads:
BizHawk (interim)

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Shouldn't the title always be BizHawk - Core or always at least have BizHawk?

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
SVN Build 7321

Please provide any additional information below.
I don't consider this a major issue.  The title always had BizHawk before in 
older releases.
