EmuHawk won't open with an Iintel Graphics Media Acelerator 3150

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Have the above hardware.
2. Attempt to Open EmuHawk

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
It won't open.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
Newer versions 1.6 and above should be trouble.  OS Windows 7 Starter 32-bit.  
This is due to OpenGL not working with this particular video card and EmuHawk 
not having a DirectX fallback option.

Please provide any additional information below.

Newer SVN builds should be working fine it added a feature for GDI+ mode.
