Credits don't work in Metal Slader Glory #222

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.Run the state and let the credits roll
2.
3.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
It's not loading the correct tiles

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
1.6.1 win 7

Please provide any additional information below.

This is also an issue on FCEUX. There are no issues in an emulator such as 
Nestopia.

The attached state loads in latest SVN with the same results, as well.

Could I have a savestate for Nestopia of the same location so I can see the 
credits rendering correctly?

use a password to get to that point of the game

You need to use every option once and then a third will appear to progress the 
game to the credits

I think this is fixed in r7371.  Feel free to open another issue if there's any 
outstanding problems.
