Save As Type: .State #238

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Save Named State

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Save as type should be .State. Right now, there is no extension.

When you load a saved file, by default, it only checks for .State files. If you 
didn't manually put .State at the end of your Saved File, it won't appear in 
the list.

When I tried to make a named savestate for Majora's Mask, I get the name, 
"Legend of Zelda, The - Majora's Mask (USA).QuickSave0.State" on SVN r7480

The Save As dialog box's "Save as type" is blank.

Should be corrected in r7482.  I would like to have it checked by someone else 
when possible.
