Bkm -> Bk2 conversion - no SyncSettings causes exception #249

When converting a .bkm N64 movie that has no sync settings, the movie will 
convert but loading it will throw an exception due to the null or empty sync 
settings, pop up a warning instead warning them that they will not have sync 
settings.
