Easier bkm to bk2 conversion #257

Open GoogleCodeExporter opened 9 years ago

When a bkm gets converted to a bk2 it will have no sync settings. This results
in movies defaulting to settings that might not be suitable for them and can
only be changed by manually editing the file.
A way to edit these settings in bizhawk would help a lot.

This mainly applies to N64 BKM files. As they have more settings then other
cores/systems. I attached the problem BKM that was having issues.

I can confirm this does NOT apply to new BK2 files as they properly write sync
settings.

Looking at the movie file attached, it seems like it's one of the old BKMs with
no syncsettings. Before there were syncsettings, there was a set of
N64-specific headerlines. I felt that this would have too much trouble
scaling, so I ripped it out for a new system, but never reconnected the old
system to the new one.

At this point, I don't think it's worth any effort to salvage the old settings
directly. Instead, I'll add the ability to modify the settings in the new
created file, as we discussed in IRC.
