Gui freezes while game still runs in the background on minimising then maximising #273

Happens in 1.8.2, does not happen in 1.8.0.

1. Boot Majora's Maks or Ocarina of Time (presumably any other N64 game will 
work, but not tested)
2. Let the intro run a little
3. minimise Bizhawk
4. wait a little (sometimes it's instant, sometimes it takes like 30s)
5. maximise again
6. The GUI will now be frozen.

Sometimes the intro will still run, with music and picture, just with the white 
tint, Windows puts over unresponsive windows, over it.

Revision 7903 should resolve this issue
