N64hawk - loading another core with ram watch open will crash the emulator #285

1) open a n64 game
2) open ram watch and a ram watch file (use low values to elminate the 
possibility of out of range addresses in another domain)
3) set ram watch to autoload
4) load a non-n64 game

Bizhawk will crash
