What steps will reproduce the problem?
It will not start

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
1.8.4

We need more details then Version and "It won't start"

Are you using a clean install?  Have you tried other versions?  Do you get any 
error messages?

I am considering this issue closed.  Please test Version 1.9.1 or newer

What should I do if the program shows me "Sysytem.Out.Of.Exception"?
