N64 RDRAM not freezing

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Take an address on RAM Watch
2. Freeze it
3. Value isn't freezing

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
I'm expecting the address to freeze, instead, it's not freezing

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
I'm using BizHawk 1.9.0 on Windows 8

Please provide any additional information below.
GPU: Nvidia GeForce GT620
i7-3770 3.4GhZ

Looks like it is actually freezing.  It is just that Ram Watch and Ram Search 
aren't smart enough to show the the frozen value.  Hex editor will show it 
properly frozen
