N64Hawk RAM Search Filter Issue #340

1. Select "less than" comparison operator
2. Select "specific value" under compare to / by
3. Enter 0 and search with that filter

The RAM search filters all addresses, positive, negative or zero when using 
this filter instead of correctly filtering all zero and positive values.

Values were shown signed but not considered as such for comparisons. Fixed in 
r8506.
