PAL Audio Desync? #347

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Play Vib Ribbon (PAL)
2. At the main menu select English
3. Select "How to Play"

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
The Audio desyncs.  Mednafen does proplerly play the audio and video together.  
r8569 does desync the Audio.

To narrow things down; does it work right on Bizhawk with the (J) version?

It does the same thing on the J version as well.
