onWindowAttached occurs to often #157

first on plugin loading onWindowAttached occurs twice, then if switch tab, and 
other events, button pressing, maximize window etc...

FireBreath-1.4
Ubuntu 10.10
Firefox 3.6.13

Code::Blocks 10.05

on chromium it's not persist

mistake, on chromium it's also persists
